Our People People are our most valuable resource at Mountain Day Camp. We hire great staff and put them through an extensive 7-day staff training to make them even better. During staff training they explore topics such as:
We hire people based on their education, past experience and workplace attitudes. We can teach some of the skills required to lead activities at camp, and so in the hiring process we also look closely at attitudes, personality, and work ethic. Learn More About: |
