We know that economic times are hard. We have always worked hard to raise campership funds and disperse them to whomever is in need. We will provide help from our Campership Fund for anyone that needs it - from $10/day to nearly all of your tuition.

Campership Fundraising Events

Campership Fundraising Events in partnership with local restaurants help raise funds to help campers that need positive opportunities get to camp. Last year, we had two event thanks to the help of Noodles on Baseline in Boulder and Islands in Boulder.

Bring a friend to meet the directors, get some great food for your family and a portion of the night's sales will go to benefit the AO Campership Fund!

Campership Donations

2010 DONATION MATCHING!!! All 2010 Campership donations are matched dollar for dollar by a private donor. Each dollar you donate is worth double towards making a positive impact in the life of a child!

Our partnership with the American Camp Association's Scholarship Foundation enables us to give the Mountain Day Camp experience to campers who might otherwise be unable to afford it.

Because of our partnership with ACA, the entire value of your donation is tax deductible. If you would like to donate to the Campership Fund, you can write a check to "American Camp Association Scholarship Fund / MDC" and mail it to: Mountain Day Camp PO Box 3666 Boulder, CO 80307.

Camperships for foster/adopted children.

As a tribute to Brady Goguen, a former Mountain Day Camp camper, a special fund has been set aside. The Brady Goguen Scholarship will be given each year to acamper(s) who are in the foster system, or who have been adopted through the foster system. Learn more.

Grant Funding For Boulder Residents

Grants are available in Boulder through the city's Youth Opportunities and Activities Board (YOAB) for up to $200 for older campers. Learn more about the YOAB program.
